Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Defines the concepts and terminology used in oncology nursing. Oncological diseases, epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment methods, definitions. Know the factors that affect the oncology patient care and patient care will perform in line with theoretical knowledge acquired in a holistic approach. Oncological diseases makes evidence-based nursing practice. Providing health services to prevent cancer. Effective training in order to provide care for cancer patients and their advise. Uses effective communication skills in the care of cancer patients. Teamwork makes the care of oncology patients.
