This course aims to focus on the identification, classification and extraction of residue components which are applied to the plants throughout the plant growing, processing, packaging, storage and transportation stages. |

The contents of this course include the identification of residue analysis in plant products; classification of residue components in plants; qualitative and quantitative identification of residue components via chromatographic techniques in plants; effects of pesticide applications on human health and environment and pesticides used on organic cultivation. |
