Aim(s) of Course : Aim of this course is to explain the concept of governance and to examine Turkish public sector governance related to law 5018 numbered.

Course Contents : Concept of governance and its principles, principles of good governance, governance and public administration in Turkey, law numbered 5018 and regulations for increase in quality and efficiency of public service provision, fiscal governance, represantation of fiscal governance and its aplication, fiscal governance European Union.
