Course Contents : Preparation of central governments budget and its application process, internal accounting control in Turkey, Public deficits and types of finance, Public Debt Management, Preparation of State Economic Enterprises Budgets, its application, Preparetion of performance programs, Budget Control in Turkey

Language of Instruction : Turkish
