Aim(s) of Course : Sterilzation methods, aerobic and anaerobic culture technics, isolation methods of pure cultures, antibiogram. Isolation and identification methods of bacteria that isolated from food (water, drinks and food) will be examined.

Course Contents : Microbiological practices will be examined
