Course Contents : Introduction of laboratory and its order Laboratory safety rules Properties of glass materials and chemicals Preparation of solutions used in ecology laboratory Searching methods and literature about chosen ecological research topic plant, soil and litter sampling in field and their dessication Cleaning of selected samples, preparation to the analyses and conservation Determinate physical properties of soils and litters Determinate chemical properties of samples Organic matter analyses Nitrogen analyses Phosphorus and potasium analyses
