Bacteria genetic constructs, the extrachromosomal elements in bacteria and bacteriophage genetic constructs, recombination events between bacteria genes will be examined. |

Course Contents |

Structure of DNA and RNA, replication, gene expression, mutation, tpye of mutations and affected factors and regulation of gene expression are examined. |
