In this course, basic terminology on fishing and fish processing technology in english is taught. Reading and understanding scientific papers on fishing and fish processing technology, fish microbiology and biotechnology, preservation methods in fish, translation of scientific papers of related subjects are realized. The use of terminology in english language for oral or writtten communication is taught during the course period. |
