Aim(s) of Course |

The aim of the course consists: Classification of fishing according to regional differences, constructions, equipments, maintenance steps of fishing boats, Navigation and fish finder devices (Echo-sounder, sonar on fishing boats, Technical features of fishing boats, Lenght-speed relation, lenght-horse power relation, and basic measurement of fishng boats. |

The course focuses on definition of fishing boats, description of regional differences on fishing booats, classification of fishing boats according to fishing methods, analysis on differencies on deck equipment and fish finder equipment according to fishing operations, engine types of boats, lenght-speed and Horse power-speed relation, maintenance and planning of fishing boats. |
