Aim(s) of Course : In this course, the students are first informed about the requirements of foreign trade, its institutions, and the tasks and aims of these institutions. The main objective of the course is to teach about tariffs, the deals in the scope of foreign trade, the disputes over competition policies, and the resolution processes.

Course Contents : The basic topics of foreign trade: Aim, Source and Scope, Foreign trade institutions, Domestic institutions, Organizational Structure, The tasks and aims of domestic institutions, DTM, İGEME,EXIMBANK, The Chambers of Industry and Foreign Trade, External institutions, Organizational Structure, The tasks and aim of the external institutions: GATT, WTO, IMF, WB, Tariffs, Foreign trade deal, Competition policies, The disagreements and the resolution process, Arbitration, Damping and Anti-Damping, The view of the application
