Aim(s) of Course : The aim of this course is to investigate the effects of physical exercise on women, children and the elderly.

Course Contents : 1) Physical and physiological features of women, children and the elderly 2) Training and types of physical activity for women, children and the elderly and overload principles 3) Physical and physiological effects of training on women, children and the elderly
