Explains the basic concepts in biostatistics Selects the appropriate study design according to research question-topics Forms the research question and sets up the hypothesis Develops the data collection tools appropriate for the design of the study Enters data to the SPSS software and carries out descriptive statistics Applies the basic hypothesis tests Interprets the results of advance hypothesis tests such as correlation, regression, multivariate analyses and survival analyses and summarizes the outputs with tables and charts

The aim of this course is to teach research methods used in sports sciences and how to interpret the outputs of advanced statistical analysis methods using the SPSS software. |
