This course is designed to provide students with the following concepts in behavioral sciences: culture, differantiation in intercultural management, ethical psychology, humanistic ethics and the human nature, social influence and complicance, perception and learning, attitudes and theoretical approaches to attitude change, communciation, process of changing attitudes, social perception (social cognition), personality and ego, compliance problems and defense mechanisms, misbehavior, conflict, motivation, leadership, authority and power. |
