Learning Outcomes of the Course |
: |
Knows how to use a light microscobe. Prepares solutions for tissue fixation. Applies fixation techniques. Applies dehydration and clearing of a tissue section. Be able to embed the tissue sample appropriately. Applies sectioning from a microtome and places the tissue section on a slide. Applies staining methods. Takes photos of the specimen on light microscope. Offers solutions to problems at any technique step of the staining and preparation method.
