Defines immunohistochemistry. Prepares chemical solutions for immunohistochemical techniques. Selects an appropriate fixation method. Chooses appropriate dye for the purpose. Proposes solutions to problems faced when applying the immunohistochemistry method. Applies and comprehends all steps in immunohistochemistry methods. Assesses the role of each step.
