S/he investigates the solutions related with the issue s/he works on
S/he works in collaboration with the other team members and learns to function in the team
Working in collaboration with the other team members, s/he works on project plan
S/he puts the project into action

S/he organizes various activities related with the project
S/he participates in various projects related with community service
S/he acquires skills and competences such as teamwork, critical and creative thinking, self-esteem, and problem solving

Aim(s) of Course : Within the scope of this particular course, we aim at developing awareness and raising awareness in terms of teamwork, responsibility in community, self-confidence, entrepreneurship in community service.

Course Contents : Community Service course content aims at developing and gaining the skills as far as the project development, participation in the panels and meetings, social responsibility, being volunteer in community works are concerned.

Language of Instruction : English

Work Place : - Public institutions - Hospitals - Orphanages - Museums and historical sites - Galleries, libraries - Units related with municipalities - Universities - Foundations - NGOs - Local administrative units - Correctional facilities
