Aim(s) of Course : The main purpose of this course is to debate the importance of class management in the education system, to investigate the basic strategies, principles and dimensions of the class management and to develop of effective managerial skills.

Course Contents : In this course the basic principles, strategies and dimensions of classroom management such as designing the physical environment, developing standards and routines, effective instruction in the classroom, making the most of classroom time, effective communication skills and minimizing disruptive behavior are investigated.
