Aim(s) of Course : Students will have the basic knowledge about poultry production, production techniques, poultry care on management and diseases.

Course Contents : This lesson contains general information about chicken breeds, hybrids commercial broiler and anatomy and physiology of chickens,herd management for the production of meat and eggs, feeding, incubation, production systems, poultry breeding, health care and other avian species.
