Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of this course is to introduce the basic principles of cooperative learning method and to examine the scientific studies demonstrating the effectiveness of cooperative learning.

Course Contents : In this course, the basic concepts of Cooperative learning, historical development, theories of learning and teaching cooperative learning, development of group and class identity , communication skills, thinking skills, social skills and related activities, cooperative learning techniques, cooperative learning assessment are investigated.
