Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Understands the historical development of folkore and interprets it as part of the social sciences. Interprets the changes in Turkish folkore as part of education and research. Understands writings of the first era folkore and interprets them from a historical view. Tells the institutions of Tukish Folklore and explains them with regards to social sciences. Understands the relation between Folklore and Turkish Hearths, community centers, Village Institutes, Folklore and Tourism Associations. Knows the Folklore field from the last period of Ottoman Empire up to today within the context of institutions, schools, academics and folklorists
