Students are frequently encountered in all aspects of business life, raising awareness about issues of organizational behavior, behavioral science to inform about the concepts and application techniques. To analyze behavioral and managerial problemsa at individual, group and organizational level. in the lights of these, to develop recommendations. |

Course Contents |

This course aims to focus on main concepts regarding to organizations in order to explore these social systems thoroughly. Individuals aiming to be successful at the organizations they work for, should be aware of both individual and organizational dynamics. In this regard, concepts such as organizational change, decision making, conflict, performance, organizational culture, dysfunctions are thought and students are encouraged to think and debate on these issues.
