Learning Outcomes of the Course : Is able to define the basic concepts related to the Children´s Law (child, adult, adulthood, apprentices, etc.).
Is able to relate the basic principles of the Children´s Law (principles like the superiority of the juvenile´s interest) with other law branches (Constitutional Law, Tort Law, Civil and Criminal Procedures) and with different legal disputes
Is able to give the right decision on what rules to apply in cases related to the Children´s Law
Is able to apply the Children´s Law rules and the rights and obligations of the juveniles related to the Private Law to particular cases. Düzenle To be able to apply the Children´s Law rules and the rights and obligations of the juveniles related to the Private Law to particular cases.

Aim(s) of Course : The basic aim of the Children´s Law Course is the acquisition of the essentials of the subject; namely it aims to examine the position of the juveniles in law, their rights and obligations in the family and society, legal protection of the juveniles.

Course Contents : Children´s Law, according to legal norms adopted child is a discipline to protect the rights of individuals. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children, Child Protection Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, the boundaries of law and according to the Civil Code, the course scrutinizing the limits and rules of child’s Law includes a lot of new issues.
