Aim(s) of Course : Teaching the students the basic concepts of Intellcual Property Law.

Course Contents : intellectual property, the distinctive marks, the work of art, the creator of the work art, the rights of the creator, intellectual property rights, violations and Lawsuits, trademarks law, concept, registration, protection and scope,brands which are subject to proceedings, invalidity of the mark, violations and lawsuits, the patent law,concept, invention and the inventor’s rights, granting a patent and its patent rights, patent invalidity, industrial designs law, concept, the design right, legal proceedings of the design rights, invalidity of a design right, violations and lawsuits.
