DNA isolation and analysis (DNA exraction of bacteria yeast and fish), Bacterial transformation (Chemical transformation, transformation by electroporation (electrotransformation)), DNA amplification by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), isolation of proteins, purification and enzymatic analysis of proteins. |
