Aim(s) of Course : To provide an understanding of issues related to how to microscopic studies and what are the histological techniques used in fisheries research and studies, fixation, tissue embedding, sectioning, staining, and histology of tissue

Course Contents : Dissection, fixation and fixatives, embedding materials, tissue embedding, microtome and sectioning, tissue staining, types of microscope varieties and the use of a microscope, histological characteristics of different tissues.
