Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is to prove students a general overview on fish energy metabolism, metabolism and environmental effects, to determine metabolism with fish growth parameters and models, to associate nutrition and energy metabolism.

Course Contents : Basic energy metabolism; Energy metabolism in fish; Bioconversion of energy and metabolism; Physiologic energy; Growth and hormonal interaction; Environmental factors and growth; Growth rate and models; Growth models related to age; Fish nutrition and feed-bio-energetic in Teleost; Feeding strategies related to bioenergetics.

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : Course, lab and field studies.
