Learning Outcomes of the Course : Understands the main features, mechanisms of the European Union institutions and relations between Member States.
Analyses main common policies of European Union and effects of these policies on member and candidate states.
Compares different enlargement processes of European Union.
Examines the regional and global role of the European Union.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to investigate the development of the European Union institutions and the formation of common policies especially since 1990s.

Course Contents : This course examines theories and processes of European integration and also European Union which is one of the most important actors in European integration.
