Aim(s) of Course : To give information about the connection among the microorganisms, enzymes, and the enzyme applications in biotechnology

Course Contents : Production of intracellular microbial enzymes, Production, isolation and economic important of extracellular enzymes, Production of glucoisomerase, Development of immobilized glucose isomerase enzyme for industrial applications, Hydrolisis of starch with immobilized glucose isomerase, Industrial applications of immobilized enzymes.
