Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to provide information about the concept of globalization, multinational corporations and its impact on management practices in Turkey

Course Contents : The main topics of the course: the concept of globalization, the scope and activities of multinational corporations and the reasons of their foundations and stimulus of entering to international markets, forces of international competitive environment, business strategies, design and management of foreign direct investment, foundation, management and performances of subsidaires of multinationals which invest in Turkey.
