Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to inform the students about basic concepts, theories, basic activities related to human resource management and the practices of human resources management modern HRM methods and tools still used in businesses in the view of global management.

Course Contents : The topics of this course includes human resource management functions such as Introduction to HRM and HR planning, Job Analysis, Recruitment, Organizational Socialization and Career, Performance Appraisal, Compensation.
