Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to inform the students about basic management concepts, theories, functions and issues of modern management technique and tools still used in businesses in the view of global management.

Course Contents : Basic concepts of management, Early theories developed related to management, system theory, contingency theory, modern management theories, motivation, leadership and communication, power and politics
