Aim(s) of Course : Teaching students to conduct an effective communication for both social and work life

Course Contents : The definition of interpersonal communication; communication model, communication elements and features, effective listening and feedback, interpersonal communication factors that prevents, factors facilitating communication, the role of emotions in communication and use, communication and conflict prevention, students, teachers, parents communicate important issues to be considered in communication applications.
