Learns the principles and methods related to subjects of demand forecast, inventory management and production planning
Has information about project management and its subprocesses

Aim(s) of Course : Transferring the scientific approaches and methods that support the operational and tactical decisions and make production system effective, efficient, competitive and functional.

Course Contents : Includes subjects of basic principles, definitions and importance of production planning; sales forecast, master production planning methods and production control systems.
