Learning Outcomes of the Course : Knows operation of commercial enterprises and craftsmen, parts of trade and transfer of business.
Knows the merchant and the terms and consequences of being a trader .
Knows merchant helpers.
Knows the concepts of trade name, company name, trademark, unfair competition.
Knows the concept and types of the ocommercial paper.
Knows the types and common features of the Bill of exchange.
Knows the features and applications of the bill, bond and checks.

Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of this course, the commercial life of undergraduate students in order to have the infrastructure required to create scientific knowledge and practices in this area to have extra skills to interpret and analyze.

Course Contents : The main areas of commercial law, commercial law, corporate law, and commercial paper describes the basic concepts of law.
