Aim(s) of Course : To use methods and techniques to improve listening skills

Course Contents : The contents of this course include doing activities to improve students´ listening skills, clarifying the effectiveness and efficiency of the listening activities by making use of psychological research, determining the attention span, attracting the attention of the students to comprehension activities, do selective sampling of universal listening comprehension activities by using a variety of audio and visual communication tools, provide candidate teachers with various listening comprehension activities to use in Turkish lessons, introducing those activities and giving them opportunity to improve the activities, doing various listening exercises in class.
