Explain the dental ethics principles and rules Learn and defend the ethical responsibilities of a dentist Apply and defend being humanistic, reliable, fair, merciful and compassionate to the patients
Give importance to the autonomy and privacy of the patient
Explain, defend and apply the patient rights Learn and apply the emphatic communication with the patient. Act in the best interest of the patient In all interactions, including diagnosis,treatment planning and treatment. Learn and apply the national-international regulations, ethical codes, health policies . Recognize and manage the dental ethics issues.

Basic knowledge of ethics, normative systems, ethical principles and theories, values and value systems, medical and dental ethics issues, ethical issues analysis, ethical issues solution methods, ethical problems related to beginning and ending of the life, national and international regulations and ethical codes, quality of life, ethical responsibilities of dentists, patient rights. |
