The concept of quality and general definitions, historical development of quality, quality groups, and principles of Total Quality Management (Process Approach, continuous improvement (Kaizen), Total Quality Management Principles (Leadership, Total Participation), Total Quality Management, and Policy (Suppliers and collaboration, customer focus), the responsibilities of the organizations, quality culture and quality of activities, TQM Implementation Steps, Quality (dis) Cost, Total Productive Maintenance, Standard definition, types and importance of standardization, the TS-EN-ISO 9001 quality Management System Standard, the EFQM Excellence Model and Self-Assessment, TS-EN-ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard, TS-EN-ISO 27000 Standard for Information Management, Safety and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001, SA 8000 Social Accountability Standard. |
